3.2 Payments
You agree to pay all charges for the services you purchase. Payments must be made using a valid credit card or other accepted methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
We understand that emergencies may arise, requiring the cancellation of your cleaning appointment. To avoid fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee. Providing timely notice helps us manage our schedule effectively.
You can notify us of cancellations via email or SMS. If you do not provide the required notice, the cancellation fee will automatically apply.
For appointment adjustments, such as rescheduling, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while maintaining our schedule.
To ensure timely service delivery, we have a rescheduling policy with the following fees:
Pristine Clean Co. does not issue refunds. Instead, we are committed to resolving any service issues. If you are not satisfied, we will address your concerns by re-cleaning any areas that were missed.
Please provide photographic evidence of any missed areas for our review. We will investigate and work with our cleaning team to resolve the issue promptly.
Valid Claims:
Valid claims involve additional services that were not completed, such as inside the fridge, cabinets, or oven.
Invalid Claims:
Claims related to minor details or issues, like dust re-entering after cleaning, are considered invalid. Our cleaners strive to address all areas, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain high standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Clean Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use or inability to use our services or any unauthorized access to your information.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state where Pristine Clean Co. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
