Property Assessment: We’ll conduct a thorough questionnaire of the space, taking note of areas that require special attention, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and any hard-to-reach spots.
Custom Cleaning Plan: Based on the assessment, we’ll develop a tailored cleaning plan that outlines the services included, the time required, and any specific requests you may have. This may be done via online on your own via our estimator(s) or by calling to speak to one of our sales representatives.
Transparent Pricing: Our team or online estimator(s) will provide you with a clear and detailed quote, ensuring there are no surprises. We believe in upfront pricing for your peace of mind.
Scheduling Your Service: Once you’re satisfied with the plan and pricing, you will be prompt to select a convenient date and time for your cleaning service(s).
Follow-Up: After the service, we’ll check in to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the results and address any further needs.

The quote estimator will prompt you for specific details about your home and your availability, adjusting your quote dynamically based on the information you provide. This process takes less than 1 minute.
We offer estimates online or over the phone to help create a customized cleaning plan for your property or home.

Scheduling Questions
You are not charged the full amount for your service until after the cleaning has been completed. We do require a 25% down payment deposit to secure your appointment with our Team. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
Yes, we accept same day bookings 8 hours prior to your requested service time.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your home by putting arrival information in your service estimator or provide such information over the phone with one of our sales representatives .
When rebooking a recurring service, our estimator will give you the option to request a specific cleaner or preferred cleaning time for your ongoing property service.
No contracts, you can cancel the service at any time, but please note that cancellation fees apply if it’s within our 48-hour notice period.
