These Terms and Agreements (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.pristineclean-indy.com and our services provided by Pristine Clean Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services
Pristine Clean Co. provides home and commercial cleaning services. Our services are detailed on our website and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

2. Use of Our Website
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Account Registration
To use certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
The prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3.2 Payments
You agree to pay all charges for the services you purchase from us. Payments must be made using a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that emergencies can arise, making it necessary to cancel your personalized cleaning appointment. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. If you do not cancel, or if our cleaners cannot access your property to complete the service, a $50 fee will also apply. Providing 24 hours’ notice allows us to inform our cleaning team and fill the available slot with other bookings.

You can notify us of a cancellation via email or SMS (text). If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice through these methods, a $50 cancellation fee will be automatically charged.

To adjust your appointment, such as rescheduling to a different day, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable time that fits both your needs and our schedule.

We encourage maintaining a consistent schedule, as it benefits everyone—our clients, our company, and our cleaning teams. Consistency helps our cleaners maintain steady hours and income, allowing us to retain dedicated and professional staff.

 5. Rescheduling Policy

At Pristine Clean Co, we aim to deliver high-quality services in a timely manner. To manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented a rescheduling policy. Fees are as follows:

  • $50 for rescheduling 5-6 hours before the appointment
  • 20% of the total cleaning fee for rescheduling 3-4 hours before the appointment
  • 50% of the total cleaning fee for rescheduling 1-2 hours before the appointment

 6. Refund Policy

Please note that Pristine Clean Co does not issue refunds. Instead, we are committed to resolving any issues to the satisfaction of both our cleaners and clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will address the problem by re-cleaning any missed areas. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If there is an issue, please provide photo evidence of the missed areas, and we will investigate. We will contact our cleaners to discuss the issue and, once confirmed, return to rectify the problem.

Valid Claims vs. Invalid Claims

Valid Claims: A claim is considered valid if additional services you paid for were not completed. Examples include:

  • Inside fridge & freezer
  • Inside cabinets
  • Inside oven

Additional services include: Inside Oven, Inside Cabinets (Empty), Inside Fridge & Freezer (Empty), Doors, Baseboards, Ceiling Fans, Windows (Inside Only, Outside Only, Inside and Outside), Walls, Hand-Washed Dishes, Laundry (Wash Only, Wash and Dry, Wash, Dry, and Fold). Please refer to your specific cleaning checklist for details.

Our teams verify with clients (if present) to ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction. We encourage clients to inspect their homes if someone is available to confirm that everything meets their standards. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing excellent service.

Invalid Claims: Claims are considered invalid if they involve minor details or issues such as dust re-entering the home after cleaning. Our cleaners strive to address all areas, but small details or disturbances (e.g., people walking in and out) can occasionally affect the outcome. We will make extra efforts on future visits and appreciate your understanding as we work to achieve the highest standards over time.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Clean Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

6.  Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state in which Pristine Clean Co. is headquartered or provides services, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
