  • Laundry & Linen: We wash, dry, and replace all used linens, ensuring fresh and clean bedding and towels are ready for your next guest.
  • Proper Towel Display: Towels are arranged neatly in the bathrooms and bedrooms for a professional, hotel-like presentation.
  • Restock Supplies: We replenish all towels, toiletries, and essential supplies in designated areas, keeping your home fully stocked and ready for guests.
  • Soap & Sanitizer Refill: We ensure that soap and sanitizer dispensers are fully stocked for guest use, enhancing their experience and hygiene.
  • Dishes & Kitchenware: We wash, polish, and neatly organize dishes, utensils, and cookware—both visible items and those inside the dishwasher—ensuring everything is tidy and easy to access.
  • Kitchen Organization: We put all utensils, dishes, and cookware back in their original spots, maintaining a consistent order throughout your kitchen.
  • Trash & Recycling: Emptying all bins and ensuring proper waste disposal to keep your property fresh and clutter-free.

Bedroom Cleaning Tasks

  • Dusting & Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including nightstands, tables, bedposts, and closet shelves, are thoroughly dusted and wiped down for a spotless look.
  • Baseboard & Fixture Care: Baseboards, doorknobs, and light switches are wiped clean to eliminate any dust or fingerprints.
  • Vacuuming & Floor Care: Carpets, area rugs, and hard surface floors (including closets) are vacuumed and damp-mopped, leaving no dust or debris behind.
  • Fresh Linens: Beds are made with fresh linens (when provided) and towels are arranged on the bed in an inviting, elegant way for that perfect, hotel-like finish.
  • Wastebasket Care: Wastebaskets are wiped down, emptied, and liners replaced for a fresh and clean environment.

 

Bathroom Cleaning Tasks

  • Surface Dusting: We meticulously dust all surfaces, including vanities, medicine cabinets, and countertops, ensuring your bathroom looks pristine.
  • Blinds & Window Ledges: Blinds are dusted and window ledges wiped for a clean, finished look.
  • Sanitization & Polishing: Sinks, shower doors, nozzles, tubs, and floors are sanitized and polished, ensuring every corner is spotless.
  • Toilet Care: We wipe down and scrub the interior of the toilet bowl for a hygienic, sparkling finish.
  • Mirror & Metal Fixtures: Mirrors are cleaned to a streak-free shine, while all metal fixtures are polished to perfection.
  • Floor Care: Hard surface floors are vacuumed, mopped, and polished—including behind toilets and shower areas—for a thorough clean.
  • Wastebaskets: Wastebaskets are emptied, wiped down, and liners replaced, ensuring a fresh space for your guests.

Each set rental is priced to include pickup, delivery, and laundry services for your convenience.

Please note: An additional fee of $25 – $95 may apply for any damaged sheets. However, AirCover typically reimburses Hosts for such incidental damages.

  • Fee: $50 – $100
  • Description: Applied for properties with heavy soiling or severe stains that require intensive cleaning (Includes deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or extensive appliance cleaning.)

 

 

Specialized Cleaning Tasks

  • Fee: $30 – $100
  • Description: Includes deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or extensive appliance cleaning.

Post-Event Cleaning (Party fee)

  • Fee: $50 – $120 per visit
  • Description: Additional fee for properties requiring cleanup after events or parties, involving extra effort and time.

Pet Hair Removal:

  • Fee: $50 – $65 per visit
  • Description: Charged for properties with significant pet hair requiring additional cleaning time and specialized equipment.
