Pre-Service Protocols

Damage Reporting (Optional Add-On)
Our team documents property conditions during each turnover with clear photo evidence, including:

Excessive mess or cleaning needs

Damage to linens or furniture

Visible pet hair or dander accumulation

Party-related damage or unusual conditions

If damage or excessive cleaning issues are identified, you may opt for our Damage Report Service ($25 fee). This includes a detailed report with photos tied to the guest’s name and reservation ID, designed to assist with Airbnb, VRBO, or other platform claims.

📌 Note: Standard turnovers do not include pre-documented photos. Findings are communicated to hosts within 24 hours of guest check-out to allow timely claim submission.

Pre-Service Inspection

Hosts may request a cleanliness assessment upon guest check-out. Our team will note excessive messes or unusual conditions that may impact guest reviews.

Inventory Tracking

Basic Inventory Service
We track essential supplies, including:

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Shower supplies (refillable dispensers)

Limitations

Sheet counts are not included in standard turnovers.

Restocking is limited to the essential items listed.

Additional inventory counts (beyond essentials) can be arranged for an extra fee.

We send timely text updates when supplies are low or nearing minimum levels, helping you stay ahead of guest needs.
